Call for volunteers
Volunteer signup has officially closed, but we might still consider new volunteer applications. If you are interested, send an email to info@egoi2026.it.
In order to successfully run EGOI 2026, we require the help of volunteers to assist us with various tasks.
As a volunteer, these are some of the things you might be doing (list not exhaustive):
- Picking up delegations from their arrival point and checking them in
- Accompanying participants on excursions and on other activities
- Making sure participants don’t get lost
- Helping set up the contest hall
- Enjoying a nice break on the beach
- Proctoring participants during the competition
- Assisting delegation leaders during the translation sessions
- Eating free food
For your work, you will of course also receive something in return. This includes:
- Free food and accommodation during EGOI in a beautiful town in Italy
- T-shirts and other goodies, as well as a certificate stating that you were part of the organization of an international event
- Being part of one of the greatest programming competitions and of an amazing community
